CASTOR OIL PACKS- for
external usage only
In the
ancient times castor oil was known as the “palma
Christi” or the healing palm of Christ. The oil of
the castor bean, used “externally” has the amazing
ability to permeate the cell wall, and allow the cell to
regenerate, move stagnant “chi”, inflammation, and
promote, healing to the area.
For
times of tumors, inflammations, bowel congestion,
internal organ stagnations, swellings, odd reactions, or
sprains, do the following:

rub liberally
in clockwise motion, the castor oil on affected area.

- cover with
100% pure wool or 100% cotton flannel,
-
When possible,
after wrapping with the flannel or wool, wrap with seran
wrap, to sweat the castor oil into the skin
-
Do this
nitely5 nites per week, every week, for 10 weeks in
severe cases, or for two to three weeks, for minor
concerns
-
While doing
the oil packs, make sure you bathe in Epsom salts, 1/3 c
per hot bath, finish with cold rinse, skin brush with
natural bristle, and vigourously towel dry .

Do these
baths, 5 nites per week, for as long as necessary,

Also do saunas
and massage therapy, at least once or twice per week,
while healing and cleansing the body, to drain lymph,
and remove toxin

Cleansing Program, Suggested to Detox:
As with all changes in your
diet, first consult your Physician
DO BELOW DIET, FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN.
AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THIS FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS, DO
THE FOLLOWING GALL BALDDER FLUSH: for 5 days do the
following; eat only the fruit, and after 5 days of
fruits, then for two days, every hour for nine hours
each day, ( or if you want to drink it all at once, at
bedtime lay on your left side, and drink ½ c extra
virgin olive oil, ½ c prune juice and one half lemon
juice fresh squeezed) or for the nine hours, every hour,
drink , 2 tblspns, olive oil, with 1 tblspn lemon, and ¼
c prune juice
Diet to Follow before oil flush for 5
Days:
EAT ONLY FRUIT AND SOAKED ALMONDS ,
FRESH. ABOUT 10 ALMONDS DAILY, AND AS MUCH FRUIT AS YOU
WANT, EXCEPT ONLY 1 BANANA PER DAY. HAVE APPLES,
ORANGES, PEACHES, BERRIES, AVOCADO, PEARS, APRICOTS,
CHERRIES ETC.
TAKE THE LIFE FORCE FIBER F0OD, 1 TSPN.
6-10 TIMES DAILY, TAKE ALL OTHER SUGGESTED HERBS AND
TEAS, AND DRINKS AS WELL.
DEEP BREATHE, WALK BAREFOOT IN GRASS OR
SAND AT LEAST 10-15 MINS PER DAY, OR LAY ON THE GROUND,
THIS WILL RECENTER YOUR BODY, WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC
ENERGY, and improve over all vitality.
SUGGESTED
PH REGULATING DIET SHEET FOR HUMANS
Eat a 75% raw diet.
In other words, on your plate: 25% cooked food, or
protein, lots of salads, raw veggies, steamed veggies,
season with garlic and herbs, extra virgin olive oil (on
all of your food), use 1 tblspn per 40 lbs of body
weight, daily, of extra virgin olive oil, and/or other
cold pressed oil, must be highest quality. Eat a lot of
green beans and zucchini, and season with ginger root as
much as you can, this helps your body regulate insulin
levels, if you need to fry something use virgin coconut
oil, it holds heat and is better for you , use in baking
or other salads as well.
Also use a lot of turmeric in food or a
tspn in Life Force Blend a couple of times daily, this
will help inflammation and regulate insulin and bowel
health.
Every Morning:
Take vitamins and pills and drink for breakfast the
following:
when you first get up, scrub off two lemons, add 3 cups
water, and 1/2 c maple syrup and put in the blender, add
6 raw garlic cloves, and one 1/2 bunch parsley (this
will save your bad breath from scaring anyone) store
extra lemon drink in fridge and every morning drink 1
heaping tblspn with 1/2 c. warm water, do this for one
year, this will help immune system, mucous reduction,
inflammation, and high cholesterol and high blood
pressure
*Take Life Force Fiber Food, 1 heaping
teaspoon 3 times daily, in water or diluted juice.
*Take Evening Primrose capsules, 3 two
times daily.
*Take milk thistle seeds pills- 3 two
times daily
*Take other herb pills, herbal teas or
tinctures as needed
After the lemon juice, wait about 1/2 hr
and then have breakfast
Breakfast:
Get soy milk, non GMO or Rice Milk, put 1
cup in blender with 1 tbslpn extra virgin olive oil, , 2
scoops whey protein, frozen berries of any kind ( anti
oxidant and good for men and good for diabetes, non
sweetened of course) good for women too, add one scoop
of super greens powder
Or:
Have a homemade vegetable soup with brown
rice, or steamed veggies with brown rice for breakfast,
10 soaked, with skin on almonds,
Lunchtime:
Salad, steamed veggies, rice, a protein,
fish, etc use less meat and more nuts, seeds, and eat
avocado, every day
Dinner:
Same as above or vary, you may have breakfast for supper
or supper for breakfast etc
*BACK PAIN: every night before
bed, put comfrey salve on the spine, slather it on and
lots of it!!! Put a long sheet of plastic wrap over top,
lay down and try to sleep in one place as long as
possible, and /or wrap the plastic around your torso to
hold it, put on in the morning too, as it will help your
pain through the day ,and actually start to mend the
spine injuries, it WORKS for pain.
THE IDEA OF THIS SUGGESTED DIET PLAN IS
TO FILL YOUR BODY WITH LIVE ENZYMES AND HEALTHY
NUTRITIOUS FOODS, YOU WILL CHANGE THE PH OF YOUR BODY
FROM ACID TO ALKALINE, AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT
THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Gall Bladder Flush #1
Items Needed:
-
Olive oil, 20 ounces
-
Prune or grape juice
(If you absolutely abhor either of these, then
use unfiltered apple juice. Even pineapple
juice is fine.)
-
Several fresh
lemons, about 10 depending on their size. You
will want to have enough lemon juice on hand as
it helps you to manage the oil.
-
Herbal tea (Life
Force Invigorating teas are best suited for
this.)
-
A good herbal
laxative or an enema bag.
The very best way to flush
the gallbladder is to do a proper 7 day fruit fast
first and then proceed with two days of a juice fast
during which you take the oil. Therefore you would
proceed as follows:
Days 1 to 7:
Fruit of any kind, mainly raw but some cooked should
be fine such as apple sauce, as much you want to
eat. Keep to one kind of fruit each day. Some
fruit juice and herbal teas. Also eat nuts,
preferably soaked overnight. They are easier to
digest in a semi-sprouted state. Continue to take
the Life Force Fiber Food as recommended. It will
both cleanse your body and allay your hunger pangs.
If you find you simply can not stand the hunger, a
little yoghurt is fine once in a while. However the
Fiber Food should be adequate.
Days 8 and 9:
Suggested time schedule
Beginning at 9:00 AM
Ž
Take 1 ounce of olive oil mixed with
prune, grape or other juice and some lemon juice.
Try using the blender.
Ž
Repeat the procedure every hour until
you have, over the day, consumed 8 to 10 ounces of
olive oil. Go to bed fairly early.
Ž
Repeat the regime the second day only
finishing with a laxative before bed if necessary
Days 10 to 14:Ž
Go back to your fruit fast,
continuing with Fiber Food.
Days 15 to 20:Ž
Ease back into regular foods with
lots of salads and vegetables.
Note: People that cannot
tolerate olive oil can use Safflower oil but it
doesn’t cleanse as well as olive oil.

SUGGESTED CHANGE OF DIET FOR DOGS AND CATS
We suggest you get the name of a good dry dog or
cat food, for convenience sake. This is so that you
can use it when you are too busy to feed a raw diet
or are traveling.
As you can, add more organic raw meats to
your pet’s diet, and/or fresh road kill/fresh wild
meat. If you know any hunters get the organ meats,
bones, raw meat, etc. Separate them into small
pieces and freeze them in zip lock bags. You can
pull these out when needed and give them to your
pet. Act like your pet is an extremely valuable part
of the wildlife exhibit at a local zoo, and needs
its natural diet and habitat to keep healthy.
For instance, animals in the wild first eat the half
digested contents of the intestines. Since most of
their prey are herbivores (mice, deer, rats, etc)
they eat the partially digested grasses, herbs,
seeds, grains, and other organs near the intestines.
They usually come back later for the rest, unless of
course another animal has gotten to it already.
So for you to replace this natural feeding pattern,
use brown rice cooked, add raw parsley, cilantro,
shaved carrot, raw meats or lightly steamed meats
and veggies, (until used to the raw meats), use flax
oil (1 tspn daily, small animal, 1 tblspn large),
broccoli, cauliflower etc, NO potatoes or tomatoes.
I suggest you add Prime Pet Bone and Joint for
the animals with arthritic problems, Essence
of Peace as needed into a herbal ball
treat (see Recipe below) for nervous,
abused, hyper, afraid, behavioral issues, etc,
Soothe, for support of digestive or
respiratory upsets, Giver To My Liver
for gentle detox and cleansing, A Moon System
for the support of the immune system, Tumor
Time as needed, Prime Pet
regular, as a daily, healthful maintenance
supplement. We
suggest using Hear Ye Ear Oil for ears,
Comfrey Soothing Salve for hot spots, rashes or
cuts as needed. Calm the Chaos Emergency Drops
soothing essence.
All of the dried/fresh herbs and Herbs of
the World Inc. products mentioned
above can be added to your pets daily diet by adding
them to the herbal ball treats and/or
their food (after it is cooked or raw) mixed with
flax oil.
Herb Balls
- 1 lb or more of organic ground turkey, chicken,
beef, or wild meat.
- Prime Pet or any other
Herbs of the World Inc. products,
herbal supplements, and flax oil.
- Figure out how many balls you want and according
to what size animal, then mix in appropriate amounts
of herbs, one dose per ball.
- Add finely chopped cilantro, parsley and any other
raw herbs that may be appropriate.
We freeze the balls in trays in the freezer, and
take out as needed. This is very convenient and is
an excellent way to get the herbs to the animals,
plus they LOVE it!!!
Use Flower Essences, in the water they drink,
(make sure it is good quality water, not full of
chlorine and chemicals) as needed for emotional and
healing issues.
